Structured CBT, without reducing anyone to their symptoms.

I am a therapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My work is structured, human, and built together with you.

The aim is to help you understand what you are going through, see what is keeping the difficulty in place, and make real changes that suit your pace and your situation.

Training and approach

I trained in CBT psychotherapy at the EFPP in Aix-en-Provence, combining theory and practice, including a placement in the psychiatry department of Sainte-Marguerite Hospital in Marseille.

My training drew in particular on the teaching and clinical work of Rudolf Oppenheimer, Éric Malbos and Imen Jallouli.

I work with cognitive, behavioural and emotion-focused approaches, and also use tools from ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), as well as gradual exposure when fears or avoidance start taking up too much space in daily life.

What matters in my practice

I pay close attention to each person’s story, and to cultural, social or identity questions whenever they matter to them.

I often work with people dealing with minority experience, immigration, self-acceptance, living between different sets of values, creative or unconventional careers, changing direction professionally, self-image, and the search for meaning.
