When the same arguments keep coming back, when talking becomes tense, avoided or impossible, or when one of you no longer feels heard.

Going through a period of stress, doubt or change?
Taking the first step towards therapy can be hard. It is normal not to know quite where to start, to have doubts, or simply to need somewhere to talk about what you are going through.
I offer structured, human support that we build together, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): to understand how you work, ease what is weighing on you, and move towards real change.
Understand yourself better, find calm again, and the ability to act.
Individual therapy is for anyone going through a period of stress, anxiety, doubt, exhaustion or self-questioning.
It gives you a confidential space, free of judgement, to put what you are living through into words, understand yourself better, and find practical ways forward.
- Stress, anxiety, overthinking, panic attacks.
- Social anxiety, fear of driving and other specific fears.
- Depression, emotional burnout, loss of motivation.
- Sleep problems, high sensitivity, difficult emotions.
- Low self-esteem, lack of confidence, a difficult self-image.
- Life changes, career decisions, starting over, looking for meaning.
- Questions of identity, immigration, minority experience, or living between different sets of values.
Write to me and we will find a first time together.
You do not need to know exactly what you want to work on before writing. A few lines are enough to start the conversation and arrange a first session.
I reply within two working days with the times available at the practice and online. If you need a different kind of support, I will point you towards a colleague who can help.

I cannot always answer straight away. An email, a WhatsApp message or a text is the easiest way to reach me.
Tell me what brings you, when you are free, and whether you prefer the practice or online. A few lines are enough — the message is just there to start the conversation.
Getting in touch commits you to nothing. It is simply a way to work out what you need, ask your questions, and see whether this kind of support suits you. You are then free to start, or not.
This practice is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or in immediate danger, call the emergency services or go to your nearest emergency department.
Structured CBT, without reducing anyone to their symptoms.
I am a therapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My work is structured, human, and built together with you.
The aim is to help you understand what you are going through, see what is keeping the difficulty in place, and make real changes that suit your pace and your situation.
Training and approach
I trained in CBT psychotherapy at the EFPP in Aix-en-Provence, combining theory and practice, including a placement in the psychiatry department of Sainte-Marguerite Hospital in Marseille.
My training drew in particular on the teaching and clinical work of Rudolf Oppenheimer, Éric Malbos and Imen Jallouli.
I work with cognitive, behavioural and emotion-focused approaches, and also use tools from ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), as well as gradual exposure when fears or avoidance start taking up too much space in daily life.
What matters in my practice
I pay close attention to each person’s story, and to cultural, social or identity questions whenever they matter to them.
I often work with people dealing with minority experience, immigration, self-acceptance, living between different sets of values, creative or unconventional careers, changing direction professionally, self-image, and the search for meaning.
Time for the two of you, in a neutral and structured space.
Couples therapy is for partners going through a period of tension, distance, conflict or uncertainty.
It helps you see what is really happening between you, name the difficulties, and find new ways of talking to each other.
When the relationship is in crisis, when trust has been broken, or when your needs, values or pace no longer match.
Spotting the patterns that keep repeating, clearing up misunderstandings, and rebuilding a clearer, more respectful conversation.
The aim is not to find who is at fault or to take sides, but to look at how the two of you work together as a whole.
The first session is there to understand your situation, what you are asking for, and the main difficulties. We then agree together on what to work on and how often to meet.
How sessions work, clearly set out.
Sessions are by appointment, at the practice in the 20th arrondissement of Paris or by video call — same format, same length either way.
Before the first session
There is nothing to prepare. If you like, you can jot down what brings you and what you would like to change — but we can just as well start from scratch.
If the session is online, find somewhere quiet, and leave yourself a few minutes afterwards to let things settle.
Confidentiality
Everything said in a session stays strictly confidential. Therapy is a place to talk about what you are going through and be listened to, supported and helped — never judged.
